VDRS - a professional digital recording system with video transmission capability

VDRS made by Alnet Systems is a professional digital recording system with video transmission capability. Thanks to the innovatory solutions in the image compression technology our system is perfect for digital surveillance through low bandwidth transmission media like GSM/GPRS.

The differential image- compression method, while excellent image quality, allows image recording longer than in other systems of this type, at the same file size. The differential image-recording algorithm used does not replace the entire new frame but only the part that has changed.

The replaced image fragments are called deltas in the system. It allows to record up to 60 days on the 60 GB hard drive for 16 camera (5 fps for each camera). This parameters are very hard to gain on the MPEG-4 or Wavelet compression systems.

Alnet Systems Inc. is a producer and developer of advanced hi-tech PC Video Surveillance Software, PC grabber-cards, Analog and HDTV IP cameras.

Our systems are developed for local and remote video surveillance of different objects, like banks (Royal Bank of in Berlin ), factories, gas stations, shops, etc. For example, being in , it is possible to remote view & control the cameras in , Africa and at the same time. With our free Client Software, up to 16 company branches can be remote viewed simultaneously.

Quick delivery, low delivery costs (from the neighbour state), diversity of available systems, german- and english-speaking remote technical support from our headquarters, as well as particularly favourable prices will satisfy you.

The digital videorecorder VDRS and Netstation developed by Alnet Systems Inc. has avaliability to record and stream the video data over the Internet or LAN network. Thanks to innovative Video Compression System, the videostream can be easily transfered over low-bandwidth connections like GPRS / UMTS. Differential compression method allows much longer recording on defined disk space than conventional methods.

The advanced differential videocompression doesn't change all the video frame, but only it's part, that has changed. It is possible to store up to 30 days of recordings from 32 cameras on a 250 GB hard drive. The access to the recordings is realized with free client software over any TCP/IP-based connection.

The NETSTATION and NET recorder allows recording and streaming the video from analog and IP-cameras simultaneously with resolutions from 0,12 MPix, up to over 5 MPix.

The VDRS recorder is able to record and stream the video from analog cameras with full PAL / NTSC resolution.

The both systems support Speed-Dome cameras.

You can see our systems online at any time, by downloading the free client software and connecting to our HDTV demo-server:

download the free VDRC client software for Intel Processors

Download the free VDRC software for AMD processor

online demo via web browser

The client software can be connected with up to 16 videoservers (16 different locations) and 64 cameras simultaneously. The cameras can be viewed on one or many PC-monitors. If your graphic card is not 100% DirectX 9.0c compatible, the camera view can be distorted. To avoid such troubles, please change the display mode to 'GDI' in the program settings.

Our brochures in German as well as Demo Server access data can be found in: ftp://download.vdr-s.com

and you can visit us under http://www.alnetsystems.de

A demo system containing one video-card and the software, can be sent directly to you if you wish.
