Energy stand alone humidity control

Hygrostats with a Polyga^® sensor element have been used in humidity control for more than 35 years now. Superior to electronic humidity switches, the mechanical hygrostat offers many advantages. The Polyga^® sensor element is robust and water-resistant. According to its producer Galltec+Mela,all instruments equipped with the Polyga sensor element excel due to their very high accuracy in high humidity.

The cost-performance of hygrostats is also convincing: They act as energy stand alone switches -without a power supply. Another advantage: Since they do not contain electronics, any measurement errors caused by power-loss are ruled out.
There are different models of Hygrostats with a Polyga^® sensor element: a duct hygrostat, room hygrostats and different OEM versions.
