New Possibilities in Living Cell Microscopy

JPK Instruments extends its range of accessories for the NanoWizard AFM with a temperature-controlled fluid cell. The closed BioCell can be tempered between 15°C and 60°C, and it allows for the exchange of fluids and the supply of gases (e.g. CO2). As an add-on for inverted optical microscopes the NanoWizard in combination with the BioCell offers the unique possibility to simultaneously study temperature-dependent processes like cell motility and
metabolism with the AFM and optical methods.
