New common rail pressure transmitter MBS 6000

Danfoss now launches a new series of common rail pressure transmitters for measuring of pressure up to 3000 bar in operating pressure, especially developed for the harsh marine environment. It is available in a variety of electrical and pressure connections.

Extremely robust and compact design

The requests for real common rail pressure transmitters within the marine industry have increased heavily over the last couple of years due to changes in legislation. The benefits of using common rail injection are reduced noise levels, stronger performance, improved emission control and greater efficiency. Through the usage of a micro-fused sensor technology Danfoss now introduces a real common rail pressure transmitter series called MBS 6000.The new MBS 6000 common rail programme is especially designed to withstand the harsh marine environment and is thus extremely robust, while still compact in design. It is especially resistant to shock and vibration, measured according to IEC 60068.2.6.Flexibility is another key feature for the new MBS 6000. It is thus available with a variety of electrical and pressure connections.
