Scanning Probe Microscopes

At MicroScience 2004, Windsor Scientific will be exhibiting the full range of atomic force microscopes from Nanosurf AG and the Quesant Instrument Corporation. Also shown for the first time will
be the dual
mode AFM/SECM from Windsor Scientific as well as the full range of cantilevers and accessories from NanoAndMore GmbH. Two other new instruments include the Nanosurf Mobile S which offers a more compact design with improved electronics and the Quesant Universal SPM for higher resolution AFM with STM. All the new instruments will be presented during the MicroScience Workshop Programme during the exhibition. Visitors and customers will be able to browse the cantilevers from Nanoworld, Nanosensors, Budget Sensors, and others, and discuss their individual needs.
