Active Sample Management

The new Active Sample Manager (asm) complements with Hamiltons STAR line of liquid hand-ling workstations. The asmServer/Store system for secure compound management delivers advantages in flexibility, speed, throughput, ease of use and security of samples. It is compatible with all standard labware. One mo-dule can hold up to 200.000 microtubes or 2.200 microtiter plates and as a library expands, more asmStore modulaes can be added. The asmStore/Server features integrated active thaw, handoff to a Microlab STAR line liquid handling workstation, and integrated 1D and 2D barcode reading.
