Brookfield Viscometers is pleased to announce the launch of the new Brookfield LFRA Texture Analyser. The LFRA Texture Analyser is the latest evolution of the original Boucher Jelly Tester, developed through the well-known Stevens Leatherhead Food Research Association instrument, which having been in worldwide use for twenty-five years has become the industry standard for gelatin bloom and other test methods. The instrument offers improved performance, accuracy and control through its digital interface, features include the easy to use menu setup for six test modes, including static load, cycle, bloom test and target test load. Texture Profile Analysis is possible using Brookfield Texture Pro-Lite software. A new menu driven software package with self-help & application files that operates within Microsoft Excel allows comprehensive data analysis methods including statistics and graphing.
