Oval Gear Flow Meter

Lutz flow meters have already become established for many measurement applications on account of their precise measurement results, high level of reliability and their user-friendly operation. Lutz has expanded its product range especially for the high-end demands of industrial flow measurement. Besides aqueous and low viscosity media, the new HDO series also covers highly viscous substances up to a max. 500,000 mPas. Even high flow rates up to 350 l/min, system pressures up to 55 bar and temperatures up to 120 °C are possible. The fundamental principle of the series is the measuring method used, which is based on the proven oval gear principle. This technology enables high measuring accuracy (+/– 0.5% of the measurement value) and very good reproducibility (0.03%).
