Micro Electrode

Sentron is already for almost 20 years the leader for the development en production of ISFET sensors. These sensors are built-in into pH systems and customers worldwide see all advantages of the innovative pH meters and electrodes. The fact that the electrodes are totally glass free and nearly unbreakable, give a fast response and are very reliable, brought us the request to develop such an electrode with a mini or micro size. The company is now proud to present a Micro electrode. The Micro electrode is made of PEEK and has a diameter of only 3 mm. The measuring part (the sensor) is built-in at the conic end of the electrode. Therefore this electrode can very good be used for measuring of very small volumes or in very small sized sample cups and in micro-titer plates. On request a full flexible electrode or one of stainless steel with the same diameter of 3 mm can be manufactured. These electrodes can be used in applications in thin high pipes (flexible) or to measure the pH in meat (stainless steel) and cheese. The Micro electrode can be connected to one of the 4 Sentron pH meters and are very suitable for applications in the bio-technology, food, pharmacy, etc.
