SUPRATEC Powder Disperser

With this new developed SUPRATEC dispersion system powders can be charged and dispersed in liquids, i.e. wetted and loss free and effectively dispersed either continuously or in a batch process. This system works according to the rotor-stator-principle and is especially characterized by a high powder suction capacity at large through-put rates. The patented high efficiency rotor – the core component of the powder dispersion system – avoids powder sticking due to its outstanding geometry and its defined wetting zone.

An adjustable stator system – optionally even during operation – allows the adoption of the inner geometry with the varying viscosities in a large range of up to 2,500 mPas. Beyond that the usable viscosity range of the system can be extended by the integration of a pump installation on discharge side for up to 50,000 mPas.

The system is used in applications, especially for powders difficult to be wetted and dispersed, with tendency of foaming and, increasing the consistency.
