Baumer's CX.XC industrial cameras offer a solution for high-precision image capture in semiconductor manufacturing by providing temperature stability while maintaining a compact design of 36 x 36 mm.

Cooling via the built-in channel works with compressed air and liquids. In doing so, the integrated channel dissipates the heat from the direct vicinity of the sensor and lens, thus lowering the temperature to constant values within a few minutes and thus significantly faster than the external devices that have been common up to now. This means time and cost savings for users because Baumer's active cooling shortens the wait until measurement data acquisition.
