The Lupus IoT smoke detector is directly connected to Deutsche Telekom narrowband network and functions autonomously. Still it delivers all the advantages of a smart smoke detector. Thanks to its compliance of the DIN 14676-1, procedure C, it can be maintained remotely. As there is no limitation by a controlling central unit, the number of smoke detectors that can be installed is unlimited.

The smoke detector is always directly connected to the Lupus cloud via Deutsche Telekom IoT network and sends real time notifications such as alarms, events and the current device status to mobdevices such as smartphones and tablets and, if necessary, to an emergency call service control centre. Once installed, it lasts for over 10 years.

The Lupus-Electronics smoke detector thus takes the organisation of smoke alarm systems to a trend-setting level, making smoke alarms easier and more efficient than ever.
