When connections on robots suddenly fail to function, this jeopardizes the production process. To ensure continued operation until the next maintenance cycle, R3 Solutions GmbH has developed the "EchoRing Emergency Kit.” It contains all hardware required to bridge defective cable routes via radio data transmission immediately – including device-specific adapter kits (e.g., for Profinet communication) and individual accessories for mounting the EchoRing components on the robot.

The Emergency Kit transmits the data with lowest latency at highest reliability (uRLLC) and meets all requirements to realize highest safety standards via radio. The EchoRing Emergency Kit is ready for use in under half an hour and is compatible with numerous robot systems such as ABB, Fanuc and Kuka.
