High-speed PMT

Hamamatsu Photonics has announced the release of a new 38 mm head-on PMT (photomultiplier tube) that offers approximately three times faster response than previous models.

The R12845 PMT is designed to provide high signal-to-noise detection for next-generation TOF-PET (time-of-flight positron emission tomography), high-energy physics applications, radiation monitoring, and other demanding applications.
