Textile fire protection closure for large ceiling openings

The Fibershield-HC is a textile fire protection curtain with a horizontal closing direction.
In case of fire the systems will close large ceiling openings automatically to prevent the spread of fire and smoke to further floors.

The systems consists of a coil arranged in a casing, side guides which lead the bottom bar and the fabric. Basically the system can be compared with a horizontal rolling window shade. The fabric is a special coated fire resistant fabric. During the closing procedure the textile will be pulled moto-driven across the opening and finally locked up. In Idle state (standby position) the fabric is coiled in the casing
