Color evaluation in all Shades

The EyeVision image processing software offers in combination with the EyeCheck and EyeSpector color sensors a stand-alone unit for color evaluation. This unit can be integrated into the production line. The color commands of the EyeVision software allow therefore an easy programming and fast evaluation of applications in all shades.

The camera models of the EyeCheck and EyeSpector systems are able to identify color variances, which are not even visible for the human eye. So applications, such as e.g. the task if the cable is at the right place of the plug, can be solved. The color sensors identify, sort and control the colors, which are configurable and can also identify uncolored objects. The user can choose between a broad varaity of colors and with the suitable color further taskes can be managed.

The color sensors of the EyeSpector and EyeCheck series are especially developed for the control of colored products in the production line. They not only offer an easy handling but also the user can in just a few steps configure individual color control applications. A broad range of tasks can be solved with this system. For example position control, product identification and sorting as well as inspection of a cut out box in the automotive industry or the sorting of colored pencils.
