Compur Statox 501 - one Controller for all Types of fixed Gas Detection Systems

The Statox 501 Controller can handle all types of sensor heads for toxic or combustible gases. No matter which sensing technology is used in the field, this tool can always be used to handle the signal. Each controller together with a sensor head forms a complete gas detection system. No matter if you want to operate it as a bridge voltage supply for catalytic sensors, power supply for 4 – 20 mA sink transmitters, or just a controller for 4 – 20 mA source transmitters, just by selecting the appropriate program you can make operate as you need.

86 different programs enable a nearly unlimited range of measuring ranges and applications. It is small in size and energy efficient (5 W at 24 V DC). On top of that Statox 501 offers three powerful relays, of which each can operate 2 A and an analog 4 – 20 mA output.

Sensor heads and peripheral devices are very easy to connect, as all terminals are accessible from the front. The 24 V DC power supply and alarm signals run on a bus connector from one controller to the next. Thus it is very easy forming alarm groups, each with an audible alarm that can be separately reset.
