Process Efficiency

Buchi offers solutions for extraction and evaporation in environmental- and food analysis. The SpeedExtractor offers an efficient solid/liquid extraction method, using high temperature and pressure to accelerate the extraction process and to reduce the solvent consumption. With its parallel format up to six samples can be extracted simultaneously within 20 to 40 minutes. The temperature range of 50-200°C, pressure range of 50-150 bar, extraction cell size of 10-120 mL, and an integrated step for rinsing into a separate waste container ensures flexibility.

The parallel format is ideally complemented by the parallel evaporator Multivapor. This paired system allows for collection vessels to be transferred directly and therefore without any sample loss and to be evaporated in parallel. The Multivapor P6 and P-12 are compact instruments for the parallel evaporation of up to 12 samples simultaneously.
