Nikons NIS-Elements is an integrated platform of imaging software for the comprehensive control of microscope image capture and document data management. Four distinct software suites address specific application requirements, delivering an intuitive interface to simplify workflow and handling multi­dimensional imaging tasks flawlessly, with support for capture, display, peripheral device control and data management and analysis of images (up to six-dimensional images). Various convenient plug-ins are available for more advanced imaging and analysis capabilities. NIS-Elements AR is optimised for advanced research applications, featuring full six-dimensional image acquisition and analysis. NIS-Elements BR is suited for standard research applications such as analysis and photodocumentation of fluorescent imaging. It features up to four-dimensional acquisition capabilities. NIS-Elements C software enables full integration of confocal specific acquisition controls together with advanced image analysis functionality. Featuring a dedicated interface for A1 and C1 confocal microscope automation, the software enables easy observation of live changes and graphing intensity during photobleaching and photoactivation. NIS-Elements D is tailored for easy capture, processing, reporting and storage for three-dimensional imaging.
