The latest member of the powerful PPC product line comes with a large and bright 17” LCD. The larger display is perfect for image-based applications that require more on screen real estate. The powerful Core™2 Duo CPU and Intel^® 945GME chipsets bring to life the most dynamic applications, and they don’t sacrifice industrial reliability. In order to satisfy security concerns, PPC-177T also offers a dual Gigabit LAN port configuration. In addition, four serial ports and four USB 2.0 ports, combined with the ability to run Windows^® XPE, WinXP Pro, or Vista, give the PPC-177T advanced versatility. Combined with a user-friendly interface, PPC-177T meets the requirements of a diverse set of industrial computing platforms, ranging from factory and machine automation to point of information solutions.

The Powerful Core™2 Duo processor and Intel 945^® GME chipsets power almost any application, and are especially suited for industrial equipment makers, mobility equipment, and monitoring & process control equipment. PPC-177T also makes an excellent host information appliance and it meets IP65/NEMA4 protection standards. PPC-177T is dust-tight and resistant to water, which allows it to function in a wide range of environments. Onboard hardware monitoring protects it against overheating and ensures added reliability for critical applications.

Dual Gigabit LAN configuration gives system integrators the ability to satisfy security concerns. PPC-177T has an array of connectivity options which set it apart from the competition. The 17” LCD touchscreen is also versatile, available in resistive touch, capacitive touch, and SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) technologies, to suit any application need.
