Efficiently designed, manufactured, and mounted
As a professional tool for enclosure creation, EPLAN Cabinet transfers data directly to the Easy ProductionServer. Length surcharges or the form of conductor treatment can then be defined and added. Following software analysis, the data is transferred directly to the Schleuniger automatic crimping machines. The typed wires are cut to size by machine, automatically labeled, and conductor-treated in the required form. Ready for installation - optimal manufacturing integration. The key feature? In a networked environment, central job management, production planning and production monitoring can be performed in real time. The Schleuniger EASY ProductionServer optimizes both the order in which jobs are processed, as well as the distribution to multiple machines – for maximum machine utilization with the shortest setup time.
