BD Oxygen Biosensor Systems are novel detectors adaptable to a variety of user-defined cell-based drug discovery applications. The systems are available in 96- and 384-well microplate formats. As oxygen becomes depleted, the biosensor fluoresces, providing a linear signal that can be directly correlated to cell growth.

BD Oxygen Biosensor Systems are ideal for use in primary, secondary, and cell-based screens, and for measuring antibiotic resistance. Other applications include microplate-based growth selection, metabolism screens and high density arrays.
