Automated Nucleic Acid Sample Preparation

The InviGenius shows advanced and reliable performance in automated nucleic acids sample preparation in combination with the well established magnetic bead based InviMag technology – especially for increased standardization and streamlined laboratory workflows.

The InviGenius automated system, with built-in touch screen and computer, provides automation of the sample preparation workflow for in vitro diagnostic applications, compliant with directive 98/97/EEC (IVD-MD). The InviGenius meets the demands for a high-performance automated system with complete pipetting from sample to PCR-ready eluate on board. Up to 12 samples in parallel can be processed per run.

The automatic barcode-reading and identification of samples and reagents as well as defined and protected protocols prevent user-errors. The set-up of reagents and disposables is software-supported and the total in-process is controlled through liquid transfer verification. The risk of cross contamination is reduced to a minimum and UV decontamination guarantees maximum safety for samples and the environment.
