Rear Projection in Perfection for Large Screen Systems in professional Environments

The EC Cube Series by eyevis offers a range of rear projection modules for combined video wall applications. The cubes from the EC series are based on the DLP™ technology by Texas Instruments. Thanks to its resistance against burn-in effects, it is the leading technology for 24/7 control room applications. In addition to that, the cubes provide best brightness and contrast values, as well as a wide viewing angle allowing best visibility to all viewers.

The latest generation of the EC Cube series is the result of more than ten years of innovation and experience of eyevis in the field of large screen systems. This guarantees a well-engineered product, highest quality, best reliability and flexibility. The cubes are available with XGA, SXGA, SXGA+ or HD resolution and with screen diagonals of 50”, 67”, 70”, 80”, 84” and 100”.

The cubes from the EC Series are stackable, i.e. they can be combined to build up video walls of almost any size. The seamless design of the cubes results in almost invisible gaps between the individual cubes of a combined large screen wall. The gap measures only ≤0.6 mm.

All components of the cubes were chosen for their high quality and therefore their capability to be used in 24/7 continuous operation mode.
In order to further enhance the high reliability of the cubes, eyevis provides an optional double-lamp system for all cubes. In case of a lamp failure, the system automatically switches within seconds to a spare lamp. The cubes are available with different screen options guaranteeing best images in any application and environment.
The adjustment of the cubes can be easily done with eyevis eyeCube software. Besides the configuration of any image properties the software provides a wide range of further functions for the operation of the system, such as status messages from the cubes.

In the course of our long tradition, we had to face many challenging desires of our customers. These have lead to various developments which we can now offer as options for our EC series.
All 50” cubes from the EC series are available with front maintenance option, which allows building up the cubes directly at the wall of the room. There is no space for service works necessary behind the cubes. For similar reasons, we have developed a basement on rails which can be easily shifted back and forth for service purposes. For the operation of our cubes in environments with stronger vibrations (e.g. caused by turbines) we have developed a vibration absorbing basement. The anti-dust option avoids dust coming into the cubes.

As a manufacturer of complete large screen solutions, eyevis provides also self-made graphics controllers and wall management software solutions. As an alternative for our cubes, we also provide the EYE-LCD series, a range of professional LC displays. Of course, eyevis offers a wide range of accessories, all chosen for their interoperability, in order to guarantee the perfect operation of system.
