Gateway monitor GMOx for the integration of safety technology into interlinked systems
With the new gateway monitor GMOx, EUCHNER is making the integration of safety technology into interlinked systems a straightforward exercise. The third generation devices are full of innovations, such as the coupling of bus systems, improved ease of use, simpler programming software and maximum freedom on setting up refined shutdown hierarchies.
The AS-i revolution: Safety at Work goes into the third generation, or: how you can provide safety in your interlinked system using two wires
The device comprises a Profibus connection, two AS-i masters as well as eight safety monitors of the latest generation. With these features 62 inputs in the form of safe bus subscribers can be linked to 16 independent safe outputs using operators. And that with the familiar compact housing dimensions of the previous version. There is also a display, a small keypad as well as a slot for a memory card.
For users who do need a connection to Profibus, there is also a safety monitor without gateway function. The devices are available immediately.
