Inductive sensors with reduction factor 1

"Reduction factor 1“ sensors detect all types of metals at almost the same distance. These sensors are used to advantage, when in a production area or another application the requirement is to detect different materials at the same distance. By providing the housing with a special coating, these sensors can also be used in welding applications. The sensors, in a cylindrical version M6.5; M8, M12, M18, M30 and in a 'square-shaped' version Varikont L (40x40x56)mm and FP (80x80x40) mm are available in embeddable and non-embeddable versions and also with an M12 connector.

Versions:
  • DC 3-wire, N.C. or N.O., NPN (square-shaped and cylindrical construction)
  • DC 3-wire, N.C. or N.O., PNP (square-shaped and cylindrical construction
  • DC 4-wire, N.C. or N.O., NPN (square-shaped construction)
  • DC 4-wire, N.C. or N.O., PNP (square-shaped construction)
Key points:
  • Complete portfolio of all construction types
  • Sn from 2mm to 50 mm, embeddable
  • Sn from 6 mm to 75 mm, non-embeddable
  • Electromagnetic welding-resistant against external fields
  • Mechanically resistant to welding spray
