Higher Frame Rates at Highest Resolutions

The 11-megapixel G11 video surveillance system from Forensic Vision introduces a new technique to help recognition and analysis of movement at distance. Providing up to six images/sec at 4008 x 2048 pixels, and five images/sec at 4008 x 2672 pixels, the G11 has over 50 times the detail of a standard PAL CCTV camera. This allows wholly unattended surveillance of broad areas such as airport aprons and terminals because the after-event electronic zoom allows anyone within the standard 40° view to be recognised at 72 m distance. Coupled with our heavy-duty DVRs ranging from 300 GB to 7 TB, this recognition can be 30 days or more following an event where no operator was present.
