New Tools for Multiphoton Microscopy
Excellent new multiphoton filters open up new horizons in live cell imaging application for fluorescent dyes like CFP and YFP. Full visible shortpass emitters out of the Semrock BrightLine series show Exceptional transmission from 350 nm to 650 nm and OD 8 blocking from 680–1040 nm, and OD 6 to 1080 nm. Also ideal for near-UV work and when the highest blocking is required new shortpass and longpass dichroics complete this multiphoton set up.
For signal splitting of CFP and YFP the corresponding wavelengths can be selected by very high transmissive bandpass filters, either from Semrock BrightLine or Chroma ET series. Please contact AHF analysentechnik AG for your application or check at www.ahf.de
