Ball Mill for Hard and Brittle Materials

The new Retsch Planetary Ball Mill PM 400 offers a selectable speed range from 30 to 400 rpm in combination with a sun wheel diameter of 300 mm. Furthermore it features a great range of applications, operating comfort and safety: programmable starting time, power failure backup and a new operating concept. All grinding parameters can be set via one single button and the current settings can be read off a graphics display. For the PM 400 up to 10 parameter combinations can be stored. The grinding chamber of the PM 400 is acoustically insulated and equipped with a fan which also cools the grinding jars.
