The new ThermoVision PTZ-35x140 is the worlds first long range, dual view thermal imaging camera based on human vision. It uses the Foveal vision concept that provides a high-resolution image for target identification nested in a wide field-of-view image for superb situational awareness. This is achieved using two 320 x 240 pixel uncooled thermal imagers, one with a narrow 5º field of view (140 mm) lens and the other with a wide-angle 20º field of view (35mm) lens. The camera can be connected to a radar system. Thanks to its precision, fast pan and tilt system, the ThermoVision PTZ-35x140 slews at up to 120º/sec.
