Universal Dosage System „AutoDosage“

The AUTODOSAGE dilution and dosage system from SCHMIDT+HAENSCH automates the process of making solutions while using up to date microprocessor controlling, and robust, low maintenance valve technology. Up to four fluids can be admixed relatively or absolutely under consideration of their user-defined mass or volume.

The dosing is carried out with magnet valves and constant feedback from a digital high resolution scale. There are three different modes of operation available. The first mode allows starting a previously programmed method for dosing of up to three fluids by pressing just one button. The second mode allows proportional admixing of up to three fluids to a initial weight. The third mode allows the creation of a solution through manual commands. AUTODOSAGE can be run with compressed air or by putting the reservoirs up to an elevated position.

Dilution and dosage can be performed to a resolution of 0.1 or 0.01 g. The speed of dosage depends on the working pressure. All calculations that are necessary for dosing are calculated automatically. 70 different dosage or dilution programs can be stored and are available on touch of a button.
