VARiON® Plus Ion-selective measurement of Ammonium and Nitrate with automatic compensation
WTW’s new highly variable ionic sensor VARiON® Plus allows:
• The continuous measurement of ammonium and nitrate with dynamic compensation by auxiliary ion-selective potassium or chloride electrodes.
• A further available slot can be used for an additional measuring electrode – this allows to measure ammonium and nitrate with one sensor (2 in 1).
No calibration required
Instead, the sensor comes manufacturer-calibrated and uses long-term stable electrodes.
Low purchase and operating costs
Utmost stability of the electrodes doubles the lifespan of ´minimizing the operating costs. Additionally, the calibration work and the additional costs for calibration standards is ommitted.
