Calcium Assay Kits

BD has recently introduced two new BD Calcium Assay Kits for detecting calcium flux in living cells. The kits provide increased signal to background in an easy to use no wash assay format. In most cases, the dye kits perform better than kits currently available on the market with no known interference to ligands (small molecules, peptide/proteins and lipids). Also, the addition artifact commonly seen with some kits is significantly reduced with these new dye formulations.
