Profiling of MicroRNA

miRCURY Arrays use Tm-normalized capture probes that incorporate Exiqons unique Locked Nucleic Acid (LNA) technology to provide unrivalled affinity and excellent mismatch discrimination for short microRNA targets. miRCURY Arrays work on less than 2 µg total RNA (no need for microRNA enrichment) labeled using the mercury Array labeling kit. Predict microRNA targets using the freely available software in the microRNA Resource Center at www.exiqon.com. Arrays and ready-to-spot probe sets are available for all known human, mouse and rat microRNAs.
