AdvantaPure announces the availability of Process Equipment Tracking, or PET, an equipment identification and lifecycle analysis system. PET is designed to identify and track process equipment such as pumps, hoses, bio-bags, diaphragm valves, filters, and UV lamps. Using RFID (radio frequency identification) technology, PET assists with the monitoring of equipment. Usage and cleaning cycles can be tracked to ensure timely maintenance and replacement before parts begin to fail, risk product integrity, and waste time and labor.
