High Performance Raman and FTIR Just Got Easier

Horiba Jobin Yvon launches its new series of combined Raman and FTIR Microscope systems, the new LabRAM IR2 series. Expanded micro-analysis features include full FTIR mapping capabilities, a significant breakthrough in combined confocal Raman-FTIR analysis. For the first time a complete 2-D Raman-FTIR chemical images can be easily obtained from the exact same sample spot. The new FTIR unit has improved imaging functions, smaller IR objectives for easier operation and automated aperture for spatial filtering control. It can also be added as an upgrade to many existing LabRAM Raman microscopes. The LabRAM Aramis IR2 version is especially suited to analytical applications as it has complete system automation controlling laser selection, grating exchange, and imaging functions.
