New released compact 6 channel USB front-end

The DIC6 is a six channel front-end for AC or DC coupled signals and ICP^® sensors. Each of the six data acquisition channels has got its own signal path which consists of amplifiers, 24 bit A/D converter, signal conditioning, analog filters etc. and samples the signal with a rate of up to 200 kHz.

The connection from front-end to an analysis system is established via USB. To deal with the day-to-day data acquisition business the sixth channel can be used as RPM input to analyze this very often relevant value synchronous to other analog information.

 

In the development cycle of the DATaRec^® 4 system components every effort was taken towards an optimization of data quality. The dynamic range of more than 100 dB is reached by the use of 24bit A/D converters as well as the galvanical isolation of analog and digital circuits and the synchonization of all switched components. It is obvious that functions like support of TEDS sensors have been implemente in the DATaRec^® 4 system.
