Facman

Facman is an alarm processing system for alarm response centers. It offers a wide range of programmable possibilities whereby a considerable quality and productivity profit can be achieved. Examples are the voice-response system, the sending of e-mails and fax reports and the support of manual actions by alarm centre staff. One or more facilities are prepared for each customer that corresponds to the products and services offered to this customer by the alarm response centre. This facility-oriented processing enables many activities and action patterns to be carried out automatically. Alarm-, telephone and mobile phone centers can also be integrated within Facman whereby the system ensures reports are passed automatically and as a priority to the correct operator. Facman can create a “tailor-made” incident room for any alarm centre. If required, systems can also be further developed according to requirements.
