CO2-fire extinguishing technology / gaseous extinguishant disperse in the flooding-area quickly and evenly

Carbon dioxide (CO2) is a colorless, odorless and electrical non-conductive gas. The extinguishing effect of CO2 is based on the depletion of oxygen in the air to a value, which stops the combustion process. One of the advantages of CO2, as a gaseous extinguishant, is the ability to disperse in the flooding-area quickly and evenly. As a result, a volume protective effect occurs.
