New Disposable High-yield Cell Culture System

FibraStage is a new high-density, disposable cell culture system designed to increase product yields, while reducing labour over traditional cell culture devices. This simple machine, together with uniquely-designed disposable bottles, can produce large quantities of protein products and/or cells, eliminating the need to maintain multiple spinners, dozens of roller bottles or hundreds of T-flasks. This technology has applications in the growth of mammalian, insect and plant cells, adenovirus, monoclonal antibody production, virus and vaccine production and cell therapy for most suspension and anchorage-dependent cultures.
