Buffer Production

Medicago presents its PBS-Tween tablets. The pre-made buffer saves time in the daily laboratory work of a skilled labour force while providing maintained of even increased precision. The tablets are specifically developed for use in immuniassay procedures and especially recommended for Elisa procedures. During the washing processes the Tween binds non-specific proteins and removes them from the wells of the microtiterplate. The tablets are used and approved by laboratories and hospitals in Sweden and around the world. The main advantage is the easy handling. The tablets are dissolved in the required amount of deionised water using a magnetic stirrer. With this method a fresh solution is ready within a couple of minutes.
