Automated Slide Stainer

Leica Microsystems introduces an automated slide staining system, the Leica ST5020 Multistainer. It provides consistent staining results efficiently and economically. Benefits include high throughput supporting protocols with up to 12 racks of 30 slides at a time. The patented CodeRack with colour-coded transponder technology allows the stainer to automatically identify the desired stain protocol for individual racks and start the process. The system has a large, solvent-resistant colour touch screen that provides intuitive operation. A smart software offers real-time graphical process representation on the screen.
