SampleShield uses the latest non-contact IR pyrometer technology to read the sample temperature as the sample holders rotate within the evaporation chamber. By accurately measuring this temperature, Genevac centrifugal evaporation systems can control the evaporation process to ensure smooth evaporation and fast drying times without overheating your samples. Rapid feedback of actual sample holder temperature is fed back to the sophisticated software to control the heat supplied for smooth evaporation.
