Fluorescence Imaging and Correlation Software

The software package by PicoQuant which was originally designed for use with the MicroTime 200 confocal microscope is now available as a stand alone version. Users of laser scanning microscopes upgraded to time resolved measurement capability will love this versatile and comprehensive software package. It is designed for integration of virtually all algorithms and methods for the analysis of fluorescence dynamics users may require. The software is based on the special TTTR data format from
the TimeHarp 200 TCSPC PC board and allows users to perform an unlimited number of analysis steps without losing
track of interdependence and origin of their measurement
and analysis data.

All this is realized through a workspace concept, in which the TTTR file is the origin of each measurement. Derived results can be obtained through a vast set of analysis tools.
