MechaTron®

The successful MechaTron® feed system has been completed by further variants and feeding principles. The product family now offers a complete feeder program for the many and varied bulk solids. The series comprises systems in the feed rate range of
0.2 - 32,000 dm3/hr.

New members in the family are the Vibro and Microfeeders.

The Vibro Feeder is a highly economical solution for the feeding of granular bulk solids, e.g. granules, chips, fibres and flakes, with the added advantage of high feed accuracy and constancy.

Specially developed for use in the plastics and chemical industries, the Microfeeder is suitable for handling small feed rates in the range of 0.2 – 20 dm3/hr.
In the rugged environment of the chemical industry and as ingredient feeder via extruders, the novel system displays its high reliability with an accuracy of better than 0.5%.

The product family optionally offers feed systems with flexible wall (Coni-Flex®) and external hopper agitation and all stainless steel systems with internal agitator (Coni-Steel®).

Single and dual discharge screws and vibrating troughs for the feeding of most varied bulk solids further enhance the program.


Thanks to the modular design and variety of the MechaTron® feed system, all volumetric and gravimetric applications can be satisfied with one system only.
MechaTron‚ is consistently designed for easy and quick servicing. To allow the feeders to be adapted to different bulk solids, all contact parts can be exchanged and cleaned from the non-process side with utmost ease.

The striking advantage of MechaTron®:

the measuring, control, and supervisory electronics are integrated directly into the mechanical feeder system. The "plug & play" principle enables its connection with just two cables for power supply and fieldbus communication.

Thanks to the "EasyServe" Windows program, setting, commissioning and servicing of the electronics is straightforward and can be performed by operators without expert knowledge.
