The C8800 digital CCD camera by Hamamatsu offers high spatial resolution of 1.000x1.000 pixels, a frame rate of 33 Hz at full resolution and a spectral response range from UV to NIR. Despite of the high pixel clock rate, its readout noise is kept below 30 e-. A non-cooled version and a cooled version are offered. The cooled version allows long accumulation times up to ten seconds at low dark current levels. The camera is equipped with a standard CameraLink interface for easy connection to a PC. It is therefore suited
for applications such as UV-lithography, NIR wafer/IC
inspection and continuous imaging of speed moving objects.
