Specimen Holder

Prior Scientific has added a new specimen holder to their range. The Universal Petri Dish Holder is designed to work with the company's extensive range of motorised scanning stages and is compatible with petri dishes of up to 90 mm diameter. The need to constantly swap specimen holders to view different sizes of dish is eliminated by using the style unit. The specimen holder can be reconfigured for a different diameter dish in seconds. Adjustments are made by unlocking and moving the gripping bar which slides in the X-axis direction pushing the dish into a V-shaped aperture and locking it into place.
