New diaphragm pumps

For coarse vacuum applications

Pfeiffer Vacuum has extended its range of diaphragm pumps with the new model MVP 160-3 which has a high pumping speed of up to 10.4 m3/h. Therewith the new range of models comprises ten diaphragm pumps with pumping speeds from 0.6 to 10.4 m3/h and final pressures from <0.5 to 4 mbar. These pumps are ideal as backing pumps for turbo pumps. They can be used in pumping stations and as stand-alone pumps in all applications requiring dry vacuum. These diaphragm pumps are space-saving, quiet and oil-free, making them the right solution as backing pumps and for coarse vacuum applications.

Also available as versions for corrosive gas

For pumping down corrosive gases, the corresponding versions achieve pumping speeds of 3 and 8.9 m3/h. All diaphragm pumps of this series are equipped with a gas ballast valve. The final pressure without gas ballast valve is 2 mbar and < 9 mbar with gas ballast.

World wide utilization

Pfeiffer Vacuum diaphragm pumps are mostly equipped with voltage change-over motors for input voltage ranges of 90-126 Volts and 180-254 Volts with 50/60 Hertz frequency. The change-over is made with a built-in voltage selector switch.
A 24 V version with 1.0 m3/h pumping speed is also available as special feature pump which too can be utilised world wide by virtue of its 24V DC motor.
Rotation speed control and intermittent operation via the control electronics are offered as options.
