optris® InfraSight - A small thermal infrared camera sets a new quality standard
The Optris GmbH presents the optris® InfraSight a thermal infrared camera, which combines high accuracy and an excellent temperature resolution with a wide temperature range from -20 up to 900°C.
The camera is extremely lightweight (700 grams). A user-friendly menu leads through an uncomplicated operation. The environmental rating of IP 45 ensures a high protection and offers the optimal safety for the use in hazardous environment. Exchangeable lenses allow an easy adjustment to a variety of applications. Thus even objects with a size of 1,5mm can be measured precisely. Peak, valley and average value are displayed within the measurement area. This feature considerably simplifies aiming at the measurement object.
The high frame rate of 25 Hz enables the user to take real-time thermal images, which supports the infrared monitoring of fast thermal processes without problems. The high thermal and geometrical resolution allows even small objects to be measured accurately while moving the camera across the measurement area.
The optris® InfraSight is equipped with a video-output to even monitor temperature in rough areas from a comfortable distance via an external display or a PC. The USB interface, which is included in the packing list, allows the transfer of saved thermal images from camera to PC. The camera comes with the software InfraSight Connect, which helps to analyze the real time measurement results with the PC.
