Laser Diode Modules
The TEC blue/violet laser diode module of Photonic Products offers wavelength and power stability (better than 1%), greatly increased pointing accuracy and extended laser diode lifetime.
The TEC modules have output powers of 1.5 mW in the 375 nm ultra-violet, 4 mW and 25 mW in the 405 nm violet and 4 mW in the 440 nm blue wavelengths.
